Constables James Oswald, Eric Neish, William Neill and George Harvey, all stationed at Tobago Street Police Office, ‘C’ (Eastern) Division, Glasgow, were all awarded the Queen’s Commendation for Brave Conduct for disarming an armed man on 26 January 1974.
They were also all awarded the Corporation of Glasgow Bravery Medal.
